The Department of 农业 Education, 领导 and 通信 (AELC) provides agricultural education and leadership services through fundamental knowledge of and skills in educational programming, learning dynamics and developing technologies that enhance the lives of Idaho citizens.

This student organization provides members with opportunities to develop as educators.
